长租公寓入内须知B（不接受任何访客）

一、受疫情影响，本公寓目前实行封闭管理，不接受非租客入内。

二、进入人员应佩戴口罩，配合体温检测。

三、本公寓租客可凭出入卡或门禁卡等有效证件出入。

四、本公寓对进入人员一视同仁、实行无差别对待。不以国籍、种族、性别、肤色等原因，阻止任何租客正常进入。

五、如有疑问，可拨打本公寓管理电话：。如需报警可拨打“110”。需投诉请拨打“12345”市民服务热线，外籍人士还可拨打“960169”多语种服务热线。

Notice on Entering Rental Apartments

I. Affected by Covid-19, the apartment complex is currently under closed management, and non-residents of this apartment complex are not allowed to enter.

II. Any person entering this apartment complex should wear a mask and cooperate in having his/her body temperature checked.

III. Permanent residents of this apartment complex can enter using valid passes such as access cards, owner cards etc.

IV. All people entering this apartment complex are treated equally and without discrimination. No person is prevented from entering on the grounds of gender, nationality, race, etc.

V. Any questions, please call to reach the property management office of this residential compound; If needed call 110 to reach the police; call 12345 citizens hotline to lodge a complaint. Multi-language service hotline can be reached at 960169.

Note d’information pour l’entrée dans notre appartement de location de longue durée

1. A caude de l’épidémie, cette résidence met en place la gestion fermée. Interdiciton aux non locataires d’entrer.

2. Port du masque à l’intérieur et prise de température obligatorie à l’entrée.

3. Les locataires peuvent entrer sous présentation d’une carte d'accès, d’un badge d’accès ou de tout autre justificatif valable.

4. Aucune discrimination à l’entrée. Aucun locataire n’est interdit d’entrée à cause de son sexe, de sa nationalité, de son origine ou de toutes autres raisons discriminatoires.

5. Pour toutes questions, veuillez nous contacter au . Afin d’appeler la police, veuillez composer le “110”. Pour porter plainte, veuillez contacter l’assistance du service public au “12345”. Pour les services multilingues, veuillez composer le “960169”.
